Develop fixtures, positioners, and workholding solutions for medium-to-large scale mechanical assemblies.
4、主导并组织设计流程,推进先进三维CAD方法的实施
Lead and organize design processes for the implementation of advanced 3D CAD methods.
5、识别复杂技术问题并提出根除性解决方案
Identify complex technical problems and propose solutions to eliminate the root cause.
6、与生产和供应链部门协作,确保设计顺利向生产
Cooperate with production and supply chain to ensure the successful transfer of designs to production.
7、搜寻新供应商,并围绕研发部门对新旧BOM的需求与供应商进行沟通
Search for new suppliers and communicate with them regarding R&D demands for new and current BOM, etc.
任职资格 / Competency and Quality Requirements
1、本科及以上学历,机械设计、机械制造及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2、3-5年机械自动化设备或工业机器人应用集成领域的机械设计经验
3-5 years of mechanical design experience in mechanical automation equipment or industrial robot application integration.
3、精通至少一种以下三维CAD软件:Siemens NX、Solidworks、Autodesk Fusion/Inventor 或同类软件
Proficiency in 3D CAD software from the list: Siemens NX, Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion/Inventor or similar.
4、具有主动意识——欢迎在产品或流程中提出新想法或改进
Taking initiatives – new ideas or improvements in products or processes are welcome.
5、具备制定并遵循设计、测试及概念实施计划的能力
Ability to make and follow plans for design, testing, and implementation of concepts.
6、沟通技能,包括能够与英语母语外籍同事及本地中文团队成员进行交流
Communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both English-speaking foreign and local Chinese-speaking team members.
7、自我驱动,能够在合理范围内独立工作或团队协作
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team (within reasonable limits).

1、具备聚合物/复合材料增材制造技术的经验或理解
Experience and understanding of additive technologies for polymers/composite materials.
2、具有机械CNC系统操作经验或理解其工作原理
Work experience or understanding of the principles of operation of mechanical CNC systems.
3、在以下领域有类似项目经验者优先:

● 焊接结构、装配式钢构件、重型承载框架
● Welded structures, fabricated steel assemblies, heavy load-bearing frames

● Robotic work-cell tooling, automation positioners, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) mounting, robot-mounted fixtures
● 成型工具、保持夹具、装配架、定制芯轴
● Forming tools, holding fixtures, assembly jigs, custom mandrels
● 设备基座设计、结构底盘、自动化系统框架(尺寸从1m到10m)
● Machine base design, structural chassis, framework for automated systems (from 1m to 10m size)
