一、基本岗位信息
1、工作地点：马尔代夫项目现场
2、经验要求：需具备3-5年及以上相关工作经验，优秀候选人可适当放宽要求

II. Core Job Responsibilities
II. 核心岗位职责
1、Be responsible for on-site construction quality control, conduct inspections and acceptance in strict accordance with quality standards, identify quality problems and supervise rectification.
1、负责施工现场质量控制工作，严格按质量标准开展检验与验收，及时发现质量问题并督促整改。
2、Assist the project manager in on-site technical management and construction control, be able to read construction drawings, and participate in the implementation of technical schemes and on-site guidance.
2、协助项目经理开展现场技术管理与施工监理工作，具备施工图纸解读能力，参与技术方案实施及现场指导工作。
3、Cooperate with the Chinese team to complete daily work connection, data reporting, document sorting and other affairs.
3、与中方团队协作完成日常工作对接、数据上报、文件归档等事务。
4、Comply with other work arrangements from superiors and all project management regulations. Conduct good on-site communication and coordination to ensure the smooth connection of all construction links.
4、严格遵守上级工作安排及所有项目管理规定，通过有效的现场沟通与协调，确保各施工环节无缝衔接。
III. Job Requirements
III. 职位要求
1、Majors in Civil Engineering are preferred; candidates with quality control experience in large-scale building construction projects and overseas project experience are highly preferred.
1、优先考虑土木工程专业背景；具有大型建筑工程质量控制经验及海外项目经验者更具竞争力。
2、Proficient in engineering quality standards, construction specifications and the whole construction process, with solid professional technical skills.
2、精通工程质量标准、施工规范及全过程施工流程，具备扎实的专业技术能力。
3、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of barrier-free communication and office work; proficient in using software such as Word, Excel and Project.
3、精通英语听、说、读、写，能够无障碍沟通和办公；熟练使用Word、Excel和Project等软件。
4、Required to provide a certificate of no criminal record and a physical examination report, with good health and good conduct.
4、需提供无犯罪记录证明及体检报告，且身体健康、品行端正。
5、Self-provide work tools such as laptop and smart phone; Unauthorized leave, private going out and part-time jobs are strictly prohibited. Abide by the company's management and respect local customs.
5、需自备笔记本电脑、智能手机等办公工具；严禁擅离岗位、私自外出及从事兼职工作。须遵守公司管理规定并尊重当地风俗习惯。
