Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Application Specialist to join our team in China. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and application support to customers, distributors and sales teams. You will help identify customer needs, deliver machining solutions, solve technical challenges and support business growth by creating clear value for customers.

Key Responsibilities
As an Application Specialist, you will:
• Provide technical support and application guidance for Sandvik Coromant cutting tools and machining solutions.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support customer development, project implementation and sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and machining challenges, and propose suitable tool selections, process improvements and integrated solutions.
• Conduct product trials, testing, troubleshooting and on-site technical support to ensure successful implementation.
• Deliver technical training and application support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Promote new products, technologies and digital solutions to create customer value.
• Collect market and competitor information and share insights to support business development.

• 收集市场及竞争信息，分享相关洞察以支持业务发展。
Your Profile
We believe you have:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in cutting tool applications, machining processes or relevant technical roles.
• Solid knowledge of metal cutting, machining processes and tool application.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support, project implementation or application engineering.
• Good teamwork, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English skills are preferred.
