Subject Matter Expert – Glue Dispensing

JOB SUMMARY
· Manage Glue (TIM & RTV & FIPG & Potting) process and new technology to ensure production line to smoothly product.
管理胶水（TIM & RTV & FIPG & Potting）制程确保生产线顺利生产。
· Provide the high-level skill on routine design and best practices, calibration, production handshake.
提供高水平的常规规设计计和最佳实践，校准，产品与设备的交互。
· Lead team provide the high-level skills on downtime KPI drive and implement.
带领执行团队提供高水平的停机时间关键绩效指标驱动。
· Focus on providing training and coaching to engineers for skill enhancement and continuous improvement.
专注于团队工程师的技能培训和训练并持续改进。
PREREQUISITES
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.I.E.) from 4-years college or university, with at least 8 years of working experience, including 3 years focusing on Fluid & Conformal coating Dispensing process and equipment maintenance.
四年制学院或大学学士学位(B.S.I.E.) ,至少8年工作经验，其中3年专注于流体&保形涂层点胶工艺和设备维护。
· Familiar with the material characteristics of glue：Have in-depth research on common TIM and RTV in the market. (Classification of glue; TDS and MSDS etc.)
熟悉胶水材料特性: 对市场上常见的TIM,RTV, FIPG, Potting有深入的研究。(胶的分类;TDS和MSDS等)
· Master of glue dispensing & potting equipment: knowledge accumulation in the field of equipment selection, application, and maintenance.
掌握点胶、灌胶设备:在设备选型、应用、维护等方面有一定的知识积累。
· Proficient in each control points of dispensing & potting process to ensure the stability of process.
精通点胶灌封工艺的各个控制点，确保工艺的稳定性。
· Be good at the procedures of industrial projects management, with the experience of successful project deployments.
熟悉工业项目管理流程，有成功的项目部署经验。
· Skillful in methodology and problem analysis tools PDCA\MEA\SPC\DOE \FMEA\DFA etc.
熟练使用方法和问题分析工具: PDCA\MEA\SPC\DOE\FMEA\DFA等。
· Keep abreast of market and technology developments and follow new industry standards.
紧跟市场和技术的发展，遵循新的行业标准。
· Good commence of English writing & speaking.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develops original ideas of innovative technology and analysis practicability, leads additional new technologies glue dispensing & potting process to production line.
开发创新点胶和灌胶工艺的原创想法和分析的实用性，引导额外的新技术进入生产线。
· Routine design and best practices, calibration, production handshake.
常规规设计计和最佳实践，校准，产品与设备的交互。
· Participates in assessment of new technologies for glue dispensing & potting process module with suppliers and reduces development cycle time satisfying internal clients.
与供应商一起参与新先进的点胶和灌胶工艺模块的评估，减少开发周期，以满足内部客户的需求。
· Propose enhancements to the efficiency of the glue dispensing and potting processes, aiming for cost reduction.
提出点胶和灌胶工艺效率的提高和降低成本的建议。
· Undertake technology benchmarking and drive “best in class” engineering solutions.
承担技术标杆和驱动一流的工程解决方案。
· Drive a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement.

· Analyze and priorities areas for Manufacturing Engineering improvement e.g. glue dispensing & potting equipment uptime and efficiency improvements, etc.

· Reduce dispensing & potting generated scrap by monitoring equipment management data and taking corrective actions to improve or correct the operations.

· Responsible for the glue dispensing & potting process development, process analysis, layout, and equipment selection in Box build.
负责点胶和灌胶工艺开发，工艺分析，布局和设备选型。
· To evaluate new processes and new materials to improve production efficiency cost down.
评估新工艺和新材料以提高生产效率和降低成本。
· Collaborate with the automation team to develop technical specifications and process controls, ensuring smooth mass production.

· Participate in equipment debugging, problem analysis of production line and product，to improve process reliability systematically.
参与设备调试，生产线和产品问题分析。系统地提高工艺的可靠性。
· Develop training materials and an industrial cookbook, and conduct regular, scheduled training sessions for other team members.
准备培训材料和工业食谱，定期和有计划地培训其他团队成员。
· Other ad-hoc assignments.
