Task:

Check the interactions of individual components and component groups, to assure their functionality

Specify test equipment

Prepare test sequences/test equipment
准备测试序列/测试设备

Measure and inspect parts (e.g. function, dimension, surface properties, dimensional accuracy, chemical and physical composition, etc.); evaluate and document the results
测量和检查零件(如功能、尺寸、表面特性,尺寸精度,化学和物理组成、等等),评估并记录结果

Procure and look over inspection plans
采购和查看检验计划

Plan and document test sequences; also initial or special parts
计划和用文件说明测试序列;包括初始或特殊部分

Document and evaluate results, using statistical methods of quality assurance
用文件说明和评估结果,使用保证的质量统计方法

Recognize and evaluate deviations; specify correction values/dimensional allowances as necessary
识别和评估偏差;必要时指定调整值/尺寸公差

Sort out and label, as well as pass on, defective parts/component groups (with description of defect(s))
整理和标签,以及传递,有缺陷的部件/组件组(有描述的缺陷)

Cooperate in quality questions (e.g. for approvals, releases for deviations, etc.)
配合质量问题(例如批准,发布偏差,等等)
Suggest design changes
建议设计更改

Support the definition of part requirements (requirements management)
支持零件的定义需求(需求管理)

Support risk evaluation for design, product and process (FMEA)
支持设计、产品和过程(FMEA)的风险评估

University bachelor degree in science and technology
大学理工科本科学历


3-5 years experience
3-5年相关工作经验


Advanced English and/or German language
高级英语或德语水平
