Responsibilities岗位职责：
New product design according to BOSCH product development process
根据BOSCH产品开发流程进行新产品设计
During design process, carry out investigation, analysis, calculation, develops/maintains/releases BOM,3D models, 2D drawings, standards and specifications,etc
设计过程中进行调查/分析/计算,创建/维护/释放BOM,模型,图纸,标准和规范等
Carry out product data change management in PDM system
在PDM系统中实施产品数据变更管理
Develop/maintain/release DFMEA
创建/维护/释放DFMEA
Support product validation activities (DVP&R)
支持产品验证试验(DVP&R)
Able to solve product technical issues independently, guide the supplier and involved internal departments
能够独立解决产品技术问题，并指导供应商或内部相关部门
Communicate with R&D department in headquarter to update product information and ask for technical support.
与总部研发部门联系，更新产品信息及寻求技术支持
Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts(RPP).
支持持续改进和降成本活动(RPP)
Comply with IATF 16949/VDA and other BOSCH and industry policies and procedures
遵守IATF 16949/VDA和其它BOSCH、行业政策及程序要求
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements任职资格及要求：
Education学历
Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or automobile engineering
机械或汽车工程相关专业本科或研究生
Skills 技能
Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.
在机械或汽车工程方面具有对技术背景较强的理解能力
Knowledge in steering, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.
具有汽车行业转向、底盘及发动机系统及相关机械或液压知识
Knowledge of automotive customer standards and requirements.
了解汽车行业客户的标准和要求
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies.
了解机加工和装配技术
Knowledge and experience of GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)
具有GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)知识和经验
Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminium
and plastic materials.
了解钢材，铝合金，及塑料产品的设计要求
Basic knowledge of documentation process
了解文件存档流程
Experience工作经验
At least two years related experience
至少两年相关工作经验
Preferably work experience with designing steering systems.
具有转向系统设计经验者优先
At least two years work experience with 3D design system Pro/E.
至少两年以上使用Pro/E经验
Preferably work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM, FEA
具备DRBFM，FEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验者优先
