消防管理职业健康管理安全管理ESG碳管理碳核算电气机械/电力设备工业自动化/机器人通用设备制造
主要职责
1. 根据国际通用ESG政策、法律要求，跟踪国际及本地ESG政策法规，建设格莱信（青岛）公司的ESG体系。
2. 主导和负责统筹整个制造环节的碳管理和碳核算、按照ISO14064-1或GHG Protocol标准，组织协调生产、设备、财务等部门，收集活动数据，完成组织层面的温室气体盘查。
3. 聚焦核算产品碳足迹核算，建立产品碳足迹数据库，推动生产体系的节能减排，并满足海外客户对产品环境声明的要求。
4. 指导供应商进行碳数据填报与核算，建立供应链ESG管理体系，提升供应链全链条的ESG表现。
5. 策划格莱信（青岛）ESG战略与规划，识别监管机构、评级机构及市场需求，结合制造业行业特性（高能耗、精密制造、长供应链），制定ESG中长期战略，设定可量化的目标并制定提升ESG绩效的策略。
6. 完善ESG信息披露机制，编制符合国际评级机构年度的ESG报告及各类专项报告。深入生产，推动节能降耗项目的数据追踪和效果验证；结合EHS要求，管理工厂的废弃物（危废、固废）数据，推动零废工厂或减废目标的达成；确保环境排放（废水、废气）的合规性和数据披露。
7. 建立并维护内、外部的ESG沟通渠道，格莱信（青岛）官网、国内外媒体公众号等渠道，准备、审核和发布ESG相关宣传材料，申报公司ESG奖励政策；开展内部ESG培训及文化宣传建设项目，推广企业可持续发展ESG文化；
任职要求：
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，环境科学、可持续发展、碳排放、能源与动力工程专业优先；
2.工作经验：必须具备3年及以上ESG/可持续发展、碳排放、CSR工作经验，有制造业背景ESG工作经验者优先；
3.专业知识：熟悉国内外ESG标准(如ISO 26000、SA8000)，熟悉制造业的ESG推行实践方法；
4.项目管理能力：出色的项目管理能力，能独立解决问题，同时也能高效与内外协作。
5.技术能力：具备较强的数据分析、技术分析、逻辑思维和解决问题的能力，能够独立完成ESG报告撰写及数据分析。
6.沟通与协调能力：良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和外部合作伙伴有效合作。
7.创新思维：具备创新思维，能够不断探索和应用新技术，推动公司ESG治理的进步。
8.语言要求：英语口语流利（可作为工作语言），独立撰写ESG英文报告；
Job Title：ESG Engineer
ESG Engineer is responsible for establishing, driving compliance and ESG performance across factories in Asia—primarily in China—supplying the EU market.
This role covers EHS, social and due diligence, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and data validation to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with EU sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities：
1. Establishment and maintain Glaciant ESG system to ensure compliance to international and local ESG policies and regulations based on ESG policies and legal requirements of international rating agencies and CSR.
2.Lead and manage Carbon management and Carbon accounting across entire manufacturing process. In compliance with ISO 14064-1 or the GHG Protocol standards, coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production, Equipment, and Finance to collect Carbon data and complete organizational-level greenhouse gas inventories.
3.Focus on product Carbon footprint accounting, establish a product Carbon footprint database, promote energy conservation and emission reduction in production system, and meet overseas customers' requirements for product environmental declarations.
4.Guide suppliers in carbon data reporting and accounting, establish a supply chain ESG management system, and improve ESG performance of supply chain.
5.Plan Glaciant ESG strategy and roadmap, identify requirements of regulatory authorities, rating agencies, and market, and, considering the characteristics of the manufacturing industry (high energy consumption, precision manufacturing, long supply chains), formulate a medium- to long-term ESG strategy, set quantifiable goals, and develop strategies to enhance ESG performance.
6.Improve Glaciant ESG information disclosure mechanism, prepare annual ESG reports and various special reports in line with international rating agency requirements. Deepen involvement in production, drive data tracking and effect validation for energy-saving and consumption-reduction projects; in combination with EHS requirements, manage factory waste (hazardous waste, solid waste) data, promote the achievement of zero-waste factory or waste reduction goals; ensure compliance and data disclosure for environmental emissions (wastewater, exhaust gas).
7.Establish and maintain internal and external ESG communication channels, including Glaciant's official website and domestic and international media public accounts. Prepare, review, and release ESG-related promotional materials, apply for ESG awards and policies; organize internal ESG training and cultural promotion initiatives to advance the corporate sustainability ESG culture.
Job Requirements:
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Carbon Emissions, Energy and Power Engineering.
2.Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in ESG/Sustainable Development field is must, with preference given to those with ESG work experience in the manufacturing industry is plus.
3.Professional Knowledge: Full knowledges of domestic and international ESG standards (such as ISO 26000, SA8000) and practical methods for implementing ESG in manufacturing industry.
4.Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, capable of independently solving problems while efficiently collaborating internally and externally.
5.Technical Skills: Strong technical analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently writing ESG reports and conducting data analysis.
6.Communication and Coordination Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with foreign experts, cross-functional departments and external partners.
7.Innovative Thinking: Possess innovative thinking, able to continuously explore and apply new technologies to drive ESG governance forward.
8.Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken English (workable language) and writing skill ESG reports in English.
