人力资源专员(餐饮及运营)主要负责学校餐饮及运营部相关的关人力资源工作,主要包括招聘、绩效、考勤、入离职和试用期的管理。 我们寻找一位熟悉力资源流程实操的优秀人才。 The HR Officer (Catering&Operations) is mainly responsible for the human resources work related to the Catering &Operations Team of the school, including recruitment, performance, attendance, entry and exit management and probation management. We are looking for a good talent who is familiar with HR practices and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 招聘 Recruitment 1. 执行学校餐饮及运营团队的招聘计划并按时完成招聘目标。 Implement the recruitment plan of the Catering&Operations Team and complete the recruitment target on time. 2. 管理及维护不同的招聘渠道/资源,满足餐饮及运营部多样化的需求。 Manage and maintain different recruitment channels/resources to meet the diverse needs of the Catering&Operations. 3. 参与并执行招聘体系,包含招聘流程,面试评估体系及员工行为能力评估体系 Participate in and implement the recruitment system, including the recruitment process, interview evaluation system and employee probation system. 4. 与各部门紧密合作,根据餐饮及运营招聘计划完成所有岗位的招聘。 Work closely with different department to close all positions according to the Catering&Operations recruitment plan 5. 熟悉劳动法。 Ensure a good understanding of labor laws is maintained. 6. 为空缺职位准备并整理职位描述。 Prepare and collate job descriptions for vacant positions 7. 通过电话筛选候选人,评估其语言能力,并核实相关资格和经验。 Shortlist candidates by phone, screening language ability, and check on relevant qualification and experience. 8. 安排面试,并确保整个流程得到遵循并记录成文。 Set up interviews and ensure the process is followed and documented. 9. 准备录用通知书和拒绝信。 Prepare offer letters and rejection letters. 10. 收集并完成成功候选人的背景调查资料及流程。 Request and collect reference checks for successful candidates. 11. 根据人力资源程序,为成功候选人准备并发送合同。 Prepare and send contracts to successful candidates in line with HR procedures. 12. 通过电子邮件/电话对应聘者进行面试后的回复。 Respond to candidates after interview via email/ phone.
员工管理 Employee Management 1. 负责员工入、转、调、离职手续办理。 Take responsibility for employee entry, transfer, on-boarding and resignation procedures. 2. 协助餐饮及运营部经理进行入职培训及日常培训事宜。 Assist the Catering&Operations Managers in on-boarding training and on-going training. 3. 负责新员工试用期管理。 Be responsible for the probation period management of new employees. 4. 定期收集员工的基本动态信息和更新。 Collect basic dynamic information and update employees regularly. 5. 协助人力资源经理和餐饮及运营经理处理员工关系事宜。 Assist HRM and Catering&Operations Managers to solve cases related to employee relations.
绩效 Performance
1. 负责餐饮及运营部员工的绩效政策和工具的解释工作和反馈收集。 Responsible for the interpretation of Catering&Operations department staff’s performance policies and tools and feedback collection. 2. 协助餐饮及运营部经理执行绩效考核。 Assist the Catering&Operations managers to carry out performance appraisal. 3. 收集并统计绩效考核数据,按时提交薪资核算人员。 Collect and compile performance appraisal data and submitted them to payroll personnel on time. 4. 监管员工行为如出现频繁请病假等趋势时,识别潜在的人员配置问题。 Identify potential staffing problems when there’s a trend of staff behaviour such as frequent sick leave
考勤 Attendance 1. 负责考勤政策和申请流程的解释工作。 Take responsibility for explaining the attendance policy and application to new staff. 2. 协助餐饮及物业部经理进行出勤管理。 Assist the Catering&IFM managers in the attendance management. 3. 确保员工福利的实施,如假期的合理使用和记录。 Ensure the implementation of staff welfare such as holidays being used and recorded appropriately. 4. 收集并统计考勤数据,按时提交薪资核算人员。 Collect and verify the attendance data and submit it to the payroll accountant on time.
其他 Others
1. 协助人力相关文件的起草及修订。 Assist in the drafting and revision of HR related documents. 2. 协助餐饮及运营部门负责人完成必要的文件工作。 Assist the Catering and Operations management to complete the necessary documents. 3. 完成餐饮及运营部门负责人安排的其他工作内容。 Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Catering and Operations management. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Qualifications · 本科及以上学历,人力资源或工商管理相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration related field. Languages · 熟练使用普通话和中文书面语。 Be proficient in Mandarin and written Chinese. Working Experience · 两年以上人力资源相关经验。 More than 2 years of working experience in HR. · 餐饮及运营行业的人力资源经验优先考虑。 HR experience in Catering&Operations is desirable. Competencies · 至少熟练掌握人力资源两个模块的工作内容。 Have a good command of the work content of at least two HR modules. · 具备较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。 Equip with strong communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills. · 具备较强的人际交往能力以及与不同利益相关者有效沟通的能力。 Equi with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. · 熟练使用 office 办公软件。 Be proficient in the use of office software.
