With Emerson's business strategy in China, two companies were established in Beijing, one is Emerson Beijing Instrument Co. Ltd, establishing in May 2002, the other is Beijing Rosemount Far East Instrument Co. Ltd, establishing in June 1996.

In June 1996, Fisher-Rosemount and Beijing Far East Instrument Co., Ltd. worked together to set up a new joint venture in Beijing which is Beijing Rosemount Far East Instrument Co., Ltd.. With successful production of 1151 smart transmitters and 1199 remote seals, we are now approved as sole producer of 1151 modules, which is one of the most profitable point in Asia Pacific. We also have the capability of pressure and temperature transmitter’s on site and factory service.

Established in May 2002, Emerson Beijing Instrument Company (EBIC) is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise with 100% of the investment provided by Emerson. The creation of EBIC is a significant step in Emerson’s ongoing efforts to expand operations and design in China. EBIC will combine engineering talent and a culture of operational excellence to produce the next generation of industrial equipment.

随着艾默生经营战略在中国的进一步发展，两家公司相继在北京成立。艾默生（北京）仪表有限公司，成立于2002年5月；北京远东罗斯蒙特仪表有限公司，成立于1996年6月。

1996年6月，费希尔-罗斯蒙特和北京远东仪表公司在京共同合资成立了北京远东罗斯蒙特仪表有限公司。随着1151智能型压力变送器和1199远传膜片的成功生产，如今我们被批准成为1151膜头的唯一生产商，这也正是亚太地区利润最高的产品之一。同时我们的工厂有能力生产更好的压力及温度变送器，并为客户提供更好的服务。

成立于2002年5月的艾默生（北京）仪表有限公司（EBIC）是由艾默生投资的外商独资企业。在中国，EBIC的创新在艾默生的持续扩充运营发展和设计中迈出了具有重要意义的一步。EBIC将工程师的聪慧与杰出的运营文化相结合投入到下一代的生产工业设备中。
