大客户销售区域销售船舶造船海事
Main Responsibility
1. To be primarily responsible for the business development and market promotion of Schneider Marine & Offshore related products in responsible marine and offshore accounts.
2. To fight for the target set by the management and responsible for the special area of marine and offshore turnover and order intake.
3. To promote all Schneider product or offer to ship owners, shipyards, design and research institutes, engineering companies and distributors by seminars or other activities, together with segment sales support team if needed;
4. To continually ensure that we are developing strong and productive relationships with our customers wherever possible meeting their needs, creating a high degree of customer satisfaction;
5. To gather, analyze and share market intelligence with management, which could lead to future business growth opportunities;
6. Willing to learn from work and penetrate the retrofit and after-Market
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in maritime or electric;
2. Minimum 6-8 years’ working experience in marine industry with good networking;
3. Experience as marine electric solution sales or project manager or technical supporter.
4. The willingness to travel regularly on company business;
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English;
6. Technical Knowledge of Vessel Medium voltage, low voltage, automation system
7.Computer based skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
8. Good leadership and team player;
9. Good communication and training skills.
