职位描述
（2） 岗位经验：具备5年以上同岗位工作经验、10万以上大型综合体项目经验、有商办项目前期物业管理经验。熟悉各设施、设备、系统的维护和管理，能应对故障的应急处理；
（3） 工作细致认真，谨慎细心，热情，积极主动；能团结同事，有较强的工作责任感和事业心；坚持原则，具有较强警惕性和处理突发事件的能力；工作效率高，责任心强，具有团队精神；
（4） 有商场和高级写字楼,管理经验者优先；
（5） 5年以上大型高级商住项目机电设备运行及维修管理经验或相关经验，熟悉中国机电法例，如有机电安装及维修、酒店工作经验更佳；
（6） 操流利普通话及基本英语；良好的文字组织能力、懂电脑操作及使用有关之软件；
（7） 坚定可靠，认真执行规章，严格遵守工作纪律，保守机密，廉洁奉公及维护公司的利益；
（8） 成熟、稳重、良好的人际关系、沟通及解决问题的能力，具应变及领导才能，乐意学习新事物。
