积极参与市场调研分析,及时更新写字楼信息,精准把握市场动态,为业务决策提供有力支持。
任职要求:
1.五年以上广州写字楼代理相关工作经验;
2.优秀的英语书面和口语能力;
3.良好的沟通技巧和人际关系;
4.熟悉使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件;
5.良好的客户服务意识,良好的谈判能力和影响力。
