JOB DUTIES
JOB
QUALIFICATIONS
- Taking part in connector
tools/machines development, supporting new products development.
- Taking part in DFM,
PFMEA to optimize product design, process design, tooling design and cost,
Realizes tooling and product samples optimization.
- Taking part in
analyzing the problems encountered during sampling and mold debugging and tacking
improvement plans.
- Ensure projects
are completed on time and transfer to mass production based on First
Article Approval completed with documentation.
JOB
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical engineering
background, Bachelor or above degree. (Fresh graduate. Less than 2 years
working experience can be acceptable.)
- Knowledge of
tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and
plating/coating.
- Understand
tolerance calculations and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Good English communication skill – reading, written and spoken.
