新工装开发工艺设计新能源/燃油车零部件
Job Responsibilities：
1.Team Management and Leadership: Lead and motivate the process team, ensuring that team members have clear responsibilities and collaborate efficiently. Implement team training programs to enhance the overall skill level and innovation capability of the team Evaluate team members‘ performance , provide feedback and guidance, and promote individual career development
2.New Product Process Development and Review: Lead the feasibility review of new product manufacturing to ensure that the process plan meets design requirements and production conditions Organize the formulation of new product process plans, including process flow planning, equipment selection, and fixture design Review the process quotation for new products to ensure cost rationality and competitiveness
3.Process Design and Development Be responsible for the design and development of process procedures, including production capacity forecasting, investment planning for new equipment and fixtures, and investment budget control Review fixture structures to ensure compliance with production needs and safety standards Lead the programming and debugging of robot welding programs and noise reduction programs.
4.Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Resolve process issues during new product debugging to ensure smooth mass production. Continuously optimize existing production processes to improve equipment utilization, product quality, and production efficiency. Drive reductions in scrap rates and costs to enhance overall manufacturing competitiveness. Document Management and System Maintenance: Develop and maintain process documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of process information. Enter and maintain system process routes to support production planning and logistics management.
5.Cross-Departmental Collaboration Collaborate closely with departments such as project, production, quality, and engineering to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of process plans. Participate in cross-departmental project meetings to provide process technical support and decision-making recommendations
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years working welding& manufacture experience in manufacture or automobile industry
2. Leader new program process planning experience
3. Familiar with tooling fixture Gauge design and manufacture
4. Good for drawing reading skill. Familiar with GD&T
5. Familiar in use for CAD and Catia
6.Strong communication and language expression ability, Cross-team collaboration ability , strong ability to analyze and solve problems
7.English reading and writing ability; for general communication in English
