海外项目经理
岗位职责：
1) 负责海外项目全周期管理，包括前期技术沟通、客户需求变更管理、交付计划，以及售后服务问题解决；
2) 海外项目的差异化业务支持，跨部门协调，确保项目进度、预算、成本、技术性能等按计划达成；
3) 推动项目完成，负责工厂新产品、关键项目、国内外重点订单等按照PROLaunch流程规划、实施和更新进度；
4) 参与质量评审与异常处理，确保产品符合客户标准；客户FAT及验收支持；
5) 项目风险识别及管控，推动问题解决；
6) 海外市场开拓支持，产品业务拓展项目的组织与支持，如产品宣传，产品培训等。
任职要求：
1) 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、英语等相关专业；
2) 具有3年以上商务沟通或市场支持经验；
3) 具有良好的沟通能力和执行力；
4) 英文熟练，可作为工作语言；能接受海外差旅；
5) 通过PMP，有行业经验者优先。
