What you’ll do:
· Prepare and deliver daily/weekly sales flash reports to support business visibility and decision-making.
· Lead month-end closing activities, including sales and COGS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Manage daily price quotations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial operations.
· Consolidate and analyze reporting packages from plant and division levels, driving insights and consistency.
· Support process transitions and documentation, contributing to operational standardization.
· Assist with internal/external audits, annual filings, and certificate updates.
· Own and maintain GL-related controls and monthly account analysis.
· Participate in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
· 3-5 years of accounting experience
· Proficient in MS office and accounting software
· Good communication in oral and written English
· Prefer to have project management or process transition experience
· A good team player with a positive outlook and can work under pressure
· The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
· Willing to undertake the team’s responsibility, result orientation
· Active commutation with customers to achieve win-win, logical thinking and explanation
