Responsibility:
Responsible for customer PPM reduction.
Responsible for active CFT member to quality control and improvement from NPI to mass run.
Responsible for active CFT member to identify and implement applicable regulation requirement.
Responsible for review document to ensure relevant quality/process specification, control plan up to date.
Responsible for ECO analysis and implementation from quality point of view.
Responsible for customer audit and product audit, and corrective action follow up, 8D style for applicable.
Responsible for continue improvement and 6 sigma project implementation.

Requirements:
More than 5 years experiences in product quality control and management (PCBA background is preferred).
Must be familiar with FMEA, PPAP, PQP.
Very strong problem solving skills, be familiar with 8D, 5 why analysis, QC 7 tools.
Mistake proofing (Knowledge, procedure, development, Reaction).
Process development.
Willingness to take challenge and more responsibilities.
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
More than 5 years experiences in product quality control and management (PCBA background is preferred).
