Process Cost Engineer

Study and manage customer initial data packs, including BOM, drawings, specifications, etc. Identify document completeness and consistency , communicate with internal sales and account team, sourcing team to clarify the findings.
List and communicate open issues internally on RFQ for PCBA, box build and system integration.
Deliver and finish the process established within target, including lead time and requested response time.
Strengthen the exchange of processes with other departments and improve products’ processes.
Creat process routing data in quotation system within deadline.
Provide the process cost for RFQ within deadline.
Support customer to optimize product manufacturing process and support sales and account team on intial feasibility report.
Support on RFQ process improvement.
Other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

Knowledge in processes such as cable assembly, integrated mechanical module, PCBA, system integration.
Controlling and managing deliver calculations on schedule.
Be familiar with the stucture bom of products.
Good at reading drawings of mechnical and plastic parts.
Knowledge of internal process cost and parameters and skills of Excel.
Fluent in English communication, speaking, reading and writing.
Good planning and time management skills.
College degree or above in mechanical category.
