职位描述
1，独立承担常规零件的设计工作，确保设计方案符合技术要求与质量标准。
2，负责 RFI（信息请求）/RFQ（报价请求）的对应评估，提供准确的技术分析与报价建议。
3，针对常规零件的设计品质问题，制定并执行有效的对策，持续优化设计质量。
4，负责与客户对接，开展设计对应产品的推广活动，提升产品市场竞争力。
5，熟悉日系汽车开发流程，具备项目管理经验，能够高效推动项目进展。
6，有效组织设计 DR（设计评审），严格管控设计开发计划和进度，确保项目按时交付。
熟练运用 NX (UG)/CATIA 软件进行设计工作，保障设计工作的高效完成。
岗位要求：
1，具备扎实的机械基础理论知识或丰富的汽车构造知识，能够将理论知识应用于实际设计工作。
2，拥有出色的沟通、协调和团队合作能力，在跨部门协作中发挥积极作用。
3，语言能力要求较高，中文和日语需流利，日语水平达 N1 以上，具备日常英语交流能力。
4，再次强调需有机械基础理论知识或相关汽车构造知识，以满足岗位技术需求。
5，具有 3 - 5 年设计开发经验，积累了一定的项目实践经验，能够独立应对工作挑战。
