电气设备自动化设备维修员电工证电工进网作业许可证（特种）

岗位职责

1. 定时检修设备，提前发现设备问题并及时排除故障，确保设备正常运转；
2. 执行设备保养计划，做好日常设备维护；
3. 提出设备、能耗改善方案，发挥设备的最大效能；
4. 提出备品备件需求并管控，确保安全库存；
5. 准备好新设备的物料，按计划完成调试并培训员工；
6. 确保自身操作安全，提升设备安全性，并对员工进行安全培训。

岗位要求

1. 中专及以上学历，机器人、机电一体化相关专业；
2. 必须有电工证，懂电气相关专业知识，至少了解三菱、西门子、欧姆龙其中一种的PLC知识；
3. 涂装：具备3年以上汽车行业的涂装设备（如：输送机，威索燃烧机，Rto，空压机，冰水机）维护经验；

4.注塑：具备3年以上汽车行业的注塑设备维护经验优先，熟悉海天牌千吨以上的大型油压注塑机及辅机设备维修；

5.自动化：注塑集中连线，焊接机，卡扣机、螺丝机等非标自动化，安川机器人操作。
5. 接受倒班。
