职位描述
1.建立健全物业管理的标准化规范和流程，确保环境卫生、消防安全、人员货物进出、现场施工管理符合公司规定，落实物业管理的的各项安全要求；
2.负责物业部的上报文件的起草、计划、汇总等文书工作；
3.检查监督园区内商户施工管理、工程维修、现场环境管理等工作情况。
任职要求：
1.具有3年以上物业管理经验，熟悉物业管理的工作流程和规范标准,有物业管理相关证书者优先；
2.熟悉国家及行业相关的法律法规、政策，熟悉物业企业质量管理体系；
3.了解工程物业管理制度，能看懂工程、维修相关图纸。
