项目负责人

To lead and manage projects regarding time, costs, quality from nomination until serial production/组织管理从立项到量产过程中的项目进度，成本，质量工作
To overlook daily project progress to ensure the implementation of project plan/监督日常项目进展以确保项目按计划实施
To coordinate with the related resources and solve the project issues/协调相关资源并且解决项目问题
To host weekly project meeting/主持每周的项目会议
To present project status to management/向管理层汇报项目状态
Support other practices and events as assigned by direct manager;支持部门其他同事工作以及领导交办的其他工作
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree , major in electronic and electrical , Mechanical and electrical integration is preferred; 大学本科，电子电器专业、或机电一体化专业、或机械专业优先；
2. 3-5 years project management experience in manufacturing industry; 3-5年制造业项目管理工作经验；
3. The automotive industry is preferred, overseas working experience, foreign company is preferred; 汽车业优先，海外、外企工作经验优先；
4. Has good communication and inter-personal skills; 较强的沟通、协调能力；
5. Able to work under pressure and uncertainty; 能在不确定和压力下完成工作；
6. Result oriented; 结果导向；
7. Fluent in English writing and speaking; 英文书写和口语流利；
8. Good Excel, PPT skills, and familiar with the MS Project or similar software. 熟练使用Excel、PPT技能，会使用MS Project或类似软件优先。
