职位描述
1、品牌与市场策略:制定并执行公司品牌建设与市场推广策略,提升品牌知名度与行业影响力。负责市场研究、数字营销及线上渠道运营,为销售提供支持。
2、活动策划与执行:主导会展项目(如展会、论坛)的整体策划、流程设计、资源统筹与落地执行,并对活动效果进行评估与优化。
3、合作拓展与维护:积极开拓并维护与行业协会、媒体、赞助商、供应商及重要客户的合作关系,整合资源,实现共赢。
3、团队管理与协作:负责市场团队的日常管理、工作分配与专业指导,并协同销售、运营等部门,确保市场活动与业务目标一致。
任职要求
1、教育背景与经验:市场营销、广告、会展管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。具备3年以上会展行业市场或品牌相关工作经验,有成功策划和执行大型会展项目的经验者优先。
2、专业技能:熟悉品牌管理、市场推广及数字营销的常用工具与方法。具备出色的活动策划、项目管理及商务谈判能力。
3、综合素质:拥有优秀的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和抗压能力。具备敏锐的市场洞察力、创新思维和解决问题的能力。
4、语言能力:良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
