1. JOB OVERVIEW
As a Sr. Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing a safety, reliable Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Lead the power electronics design to ensure the right quality /cost level of technical deliverables at each project development phase, establish new technique and process
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 Design and develop power electronic hardware for UPS systems, including power supply circuits, inverters, rectifiers, chargers, etc.
 Conduct circuit design and schematic drawing for power electronic hardware based on specifications and requirements.
 Responsible for the selection and evaluation of power electronic components and devices to ensure they meet product requirements.
 Perform analog and digital simulations of power electronic hardware to verify the correctness and performance of the design.
 Develop and execute test plans and verification methods for power electronic hardware, conducting product performance and reliability testing.
 Assist software engineers with hardware and software integration testing and resolve hardware-related issues.
 Lead UPS system analysis, hardware technical theme selection and detail design.
 Identify and solve highly complex problem or specific issue during development phase
 Documentation major in system design theme, product specs definition etc
 Help build related expertise in power electronic field inside the organization
 Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance the team's technical level and project management capabilities
3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUD
 Bachelor's degree or higher in power electronics , electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
4. WORK EXPEREINCE
 A minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics design and development, particularly in the field of UPS or related power supply products.
 Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, with a solid foundation in power electronics theory.
