我们正在为西门子数字化工业集团 南京 “中国创新产品事业部”寻找一名结构设计工程师，开发工业自动化驱动产品，凭借强大的机械设计能力和丰富的经验，与团队一起为产品提供具有竞争力和创造性的机械设计解决方案。
What are my responsibilities?
Develop and implement mechanical concepts based on appropriate evaluations for Drive and NC products during product development process
负责驱动和数控类产品从概念到产品的结构设计方案
Design and qualify mechanical components, for example: plastic, metal, die-casting, membrane-film…
机械类零件的设计开发及验证导入,如塑料件,钣金件, 压铸件,薄膜……
Define and select standard components, for example: screw, connector, fan…
标准件的定义和选型,如螺钉,连接器,风扇……
Cooperate with simulation engineer to execute structural and thermal calculations, simulations and proof the feasibilities of chosen solutions and optimization
协同仿真工程师执行结构设计和热的仿真和计算,方案验证及优化
Cooperate with manufacturing engineer for manufacturing demands like poka yoke, DFM and DFT
协同制造工程师确定生产装配的要求, 比如防呆设计，DFM和DFT
Participate in mechanical design review
参与结构设计评审
Cooperate with GP/CE/LC engineers to develop suppliers for mechanical components
协同采购/元器件/物流工程师一同开发机械零件的供应商
Take part in product care activities, root cause analysis, action proposals and improvements
负责量产产品的日常生产维护,分析和解决生产中的技术问题
Support customers (sales, product management), service, production, suppliers on technical issues
为客户,服务,生产,供应商提供技术支持
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor degree or above– mechanical or similar
大学本科（含）及以上学历- 机械或相关专业
≥1 years’ experience in mechanical design, prefer to have experience on Drive and NC development
1年及以上的结构设计经验，有驱动和数控类产品开发经验优先
Familiar with the manufacture process of mechanical components, for example, the tooling, punching, machining, surface treatment etc.
熟悉各类机械类零件的制造加工工艺，如模具，冲压，机加及表面处理等
Familiar with 3D Design tools – NX
熟悉3D开发设计软件NX
Good at English both in spoken and written.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
Good ownership and positive attitude
具备良好的敬业精神，责任心强，工作积极主动
Good learning ability.
良好的学习能力
Prefer to have experience on simulation tools like Flotherm for electronic thermal simulation and NX for structural simulation
具有电子系统散热仿真（Flotherm）和机械仿真（NX）经验优先
