职位描述
1.遵循施耐德电气项目流程，按时保质完成测试文件交付。
2.在实验室开展阀门 / 执行器、传感器及其他电子产品的验证与确认工作，分析测试结果，撰写并分享测试报告。
3.开展失效分析及竞品对标测试，提出改进方案（方法、工具、产品等），设计所需测试工装与工具。
4.按需绘制机械图纸及包装图纸。
5.保障实验室工作环境安全。
1.理工科本科及以上学历。
2.3 年以上阀门 / 执行器或传感器（机电 / 机械类）测试经验，如阀门 / 执行器的功能、泄漏、流量、压力、力 / 扭矩测试，以及环境与可靠性 / 寿命测试。
3.上述阀门 / 执行器包括：压力独立型平衡控制阀（PIBCV）、截止阀、蝶阀、球阀及执行器、气动阀门 / 气缸等；上述传感器包括：暖通空调（HVAC）温湿度传感器、二氧化碳传感器等。
4.熟练使用 Solidworks、Creo 等 3D 设计软件。
5.熟悉示波器、信号发生器、力 / 扭矩传感器、数据采集设备等仪器。
6.动手能力强，且对实操工作抱有浓厚兴趣。
7.责任心强、积极主动、以结果为导向，学习能力与学习意愿强，勇于克服困难。
