职位描述
- 独立负责Jira工单全链路处理，从需求解读、代码实现、单元测试到提交Merge Request，确保每一个环节高效落地、质量达标。
- 及时响应并修复系统Bug，补充完善测试用例，提升代码测试覆盖率，保障系统稳定性与可靠性。
- 积极参与团队Code Review，主动提出代码优化建议，共同提升团队代码质量与开发规范。
- 在Team Lead及Senior Developer的指导下，参与新业务模块的设计与开发工作，助力产品功能迭代升级。
- 主动学习产品平台相关技术，包括微服务架构、EF Core实践、CI/CD流程等，持续提升自身技术能力与业务认知。
- 具备3年以上.NET/C#开发经验或丰富的自我实践经历；若有Java/Go等强类型语言背景，且愿意转型.NET方向也可投递。
- 拥有扎实的编程基础，精通面向对象设计思想，能独立完成代码编写与优化。
- 熟练掌握至少一种单元测试框架（xUnit / NUnit / JUnit 任一），具备良好的测试意识。
- 熟悉Git基础操作，能熟练处理branch创建、rebase、merge conflict等常见场景。
- 熟悉关系型数据库，能够熟练编写常见SQL查询语句及JOIN操作，具备基础的数据库优化意识。
- 了解HTTP / REST API基本概念，能配合接口开发与调试工作。
- 能熟练读懂英文技术文档，可独立完成英文邮件及IM沟通，满足日常技术对接需求。
