职位描述
1、协同内部同事与供应商，完成机器人项目伺服电机相关方案验证、测试与分析工作。
2、针对机器人新品研发项目中各类电机相关故障开展技术研判与问题整改。
3、提供技术支持，处理机器人量产及售后维保阶段出现的电机故障问题。
4、编制、归档项目相关技术文件，保证所有工作内容可追溯。
任职要求
1、电子、机电自动化或电机相关专业，本科及硕士学历。
2、电机设计或电机测试相关工作经验不少于 4 年。
3、熟悉永磁同步电机（PMSM）的结构、性能及应用场景。
4、具备电机测试设备实操或相关知识者优先录用。
5、优秀的问题分析与解决能力，具备良好团队协作意识。
6、学习意愿强，能够主动钻研提升。
7、具备流利的英文口语及书面读写沟通能力。
