Responsibilities岗位职责:
- Tracking project cost and hour conformations, utilizing AI tools for predictive analysis and process optimization. 追踪项目成本进展，利用AI工具进行预测分析与效率优化。
- Documentation, draft report, data analysis, digitalization of department KPIs.文档编制、报告起草、数据分析、部门关键绩效指标数字化。
- Lead or participate in AI methodology projects, driving the implementation of data analysis and automation tools within the department.主导或参与AI相关方法论的研究与落地，推动部门在数据分析与自动化工具上的应用实践。
- 5S management, facility, department assets control.5S管理、设施维护、部门资产管控。
- Calender manager, organize department activities, visitors. 日程管理，统筹部门活动及访客接待。
- Master or Bachler in Engineering or Data Scientific area.本科及以上工程或数据科学专业
- Fluent English speaking, familiar with MS-office tool.英语流利，熟练使用MS-Office工具
- Experience of Power BI, data analytic tools.具备Power BI及数据分析工具使用经验
- Good communication skills and corporation, open mind, passionate.优秀的沟通协作能力，开放的思维，具有工作热情
