Overview:
- Satisfaction of customers
by timely handling of requests, managing of exceptions and provision of various reports regarding operation quality etc.

- Analyzing transportation plans and identifying opportunities for improvements to meet client needs.
为满足客户需求，能够对运输数据进行分析，并识别出改进机会。
Key Outcomes:
- Timely and quality-oriented hand various customer requests and operation exceptions.
能够及时和有效的处理客户提出的各类要求以及操作异常。
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of various reports including daily reports, KPI reports, billing reports, etc.
能够确保及时和准确的提供各类报表，包含日报表、KPI、账单等等。
- Formulate transportation operation guidelines in alignment with customer requirements and ensure effective carrier performance management.
基于客户要求制作运输操作指导，并对承运商进行有效管理。
Position Accountabilities:
- Timely response to various customer requests including inquiries, complaints, etc.
- 能够及时回复客户的信息查询和任何投诉意见等。
- Prepare daily track & trace reports and provide to customers.
- 每日在途跟踪并能及时给客户提供在途追踪报表。
- Ensure monthly operational reports (billing, KPI, etc.) are prepared within the specified deadlines.
- 能够在要求时间完成各项报表制作，包含账单、KPI等等。
- Timely Collect and document E-PODs from carriers and verify the consistency between PODs and system data by week.
- 每周及时向承运商搜集电子POD，并和系统数据匹配差异。
- Prepare monthly performance review to customer and follow-up on agreed action items.
提前准备和卡特工厂开会的月度开会材料，并在会后跟踪会议事项。
- Ensure 100% data integrity and proper management of information.
确保提供的数据均真实，并按照文件管理要求进行保管。

Carrier on boarding
support: training, performance regular review etc.
提供新承运商上线支持：承运商培训、承运商常规表现考核等等。
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
能够配合管理需要履行其他职责要求或者项目支持。
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Ground transportation knowledge.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in transport operations.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel/PPT/PBI.
- Strong focus on details, sense of responsibility and analytical nature.
- Good communication skill in Chinese, oral and written.
- Good oral and written English is preferred.
- A strong sense of service and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- A valid Class C driver’s license is preferred.
