(二) 进行流程性的审核，处理并控制文档；
(三) 测试控制，提出改进或补救意见；
(四) 草拟报告供经理审阅，确保团队成员的工作和行为符合公司内部政策和质量/绩效标准；
(五) 负责审阅下属工作，确保其对自己客户组合的服务达到专业标准；

我们的客户广泛，包括私募基金，国有集团和民营企业。
我们要求您有:
1． 具备至少3年专业审计经验的大学毕业生，有尽职调查经验优先。
2． 强大的数据分析和报告写作能力。
3． 优秀的中英文口语以及书面表达能力。
4． 能够接受出差。
5． 拥有交易咨询，具有面向客户的专业服务背景优先。
