职位描述
Sets up new files and keep file for timesheet records;建立新的档案文件并保存工时记录文件；
Input and verify job costing time sheet data;输入并核实工时数据表；
Timesheet report to related department manager;将工时数据表报告给相关部门经理；
Custodian of time-keeping system to ensure complete and timely records of working time;对工时系统进行管理，以确保完整及时地记录工作时间；
Assist on monthly finance graphs;协助制作月度财务图表
Invoice input in the system;发票的录入
Process other related finance administration matters;处理财务部门的其他相关管理事宜；
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Manager;执行经理分配的其他合理任务；
Ability to meet deadlines and attain objectives under proper guideline;有较强的时间观念，在指导下能在规定的时间内完成工作；
Good attitude to the working and can keep confidential about related data.良好的工作态度和职业修养，并对相关数据保密.
