岗位职责 Job Responsibilities ·
1.负责建立、优化公司质量管理体系（如ISO 9001），确保体系有效落地执行。 Establish and optimize quality management system of company (e.g., ISO 9001) to ensure effective implementation ·
2.统筹设备制造全流程（来料、制程、装配、出厂）质量管控，制定检验标准并监督实施。
Oversee the whole-process quality control of equipment manufacturing (incoming materials, production process, assembly, delivery), formulate inspection standards and supervise their implementation. ·
3.处理质量异常、客户投诉，运用8D、5Why等工具分析根源，推动整改闭环 Handle quality issues and customer complaints, analyze root causes using tools such as 8D and 5Why, and promote rectification and closure. ·
4.管理质量团队，组织质量培训，提升全员质量意识与专业能力。 Manage the quality team, organize quality training, and improve the overall quality awareness and professional capabilities of all employees. ·
5.协同生产、采购、工程等部门，推动质量持续改进，降低质量成本 Coordinate with production, purchasing, Engineering and other departments to promote continuous quality improvement and reduce quality costs. .
6.需要和国外对接工作及沟通。 Need to communicate and coordinate with overseas counterparts.
任职要求 Requirements： ·
1.本科及以上学历，机械、机电、质量管理等相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Mechanical, Electromechanics, Quality Management or related fields is preferred. ·
2. 5年以上设备制造行业质量管理经验，2年以上团队管理经验。 More than 5 years of quality management experience in equipment manufacturing industry. More than 2 years of team management experience. ·
3.熟悉质量管理体系及常用质量工具，具备较强的问题分析与推动能力。 Familiar with quality management system and common quality tools, with strong ability in problem analysis and promotion. ·
4.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、执行力及结果导向。 Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, execution ability and result orientation.
