About the Role
· Acts as the senior presales for Managed Services and NOC Services, station in Guangzhou office and reporting to the Hong Kong Presales Team
· Owns the presales perspective for strategic and large-scale managed service deals
· Serves as the bridge between customers and backend teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and execution
· Represents presales in shaping service strategy, portfolio direction, and standards
· Operates as a trusted partner to Sales, Engineering, and Operations at a strategic level
What You Will Contribute
· Lead end‑to‑end presales activities for Managed Service and NOC opportunities
· Design and package enterprise‑grade managed service solutions (scope, model, SLA)
· Translate customer feedback, insights, and pain points into actionable inputs for delivery and engineering teams
· Drive new service development and continuous improvement of existing managed services
· Own service costing, SLA feasibility, and ensure effective handover to delivery teams
Who We Are Looking For
· University graduate or above,prefer in IT / Engineering Majors
· Proficiency in Chinese, Cantonese& English, strong communicator and influencer, able to work in both independent / team mode, proactive and with strong ownership mindset
· Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes, SLAs, and service governance
· Proven track record in presales,solution architecture, or service / solution design, preferred experience in Managed Services and 24x7 NOC operations
· Ability to balance service quality, operational risk, and commercial profitability
· Confident communicator and trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
