职责/Your job:
1 Provide professional technical consultations to customers in switching power design, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and signal integrity (SI) design; the cases may be involved in customer’ schematics/ PCB review, pre-and post-simulation, or on-site debugging.
2 Conduct seminars and trainings on switching power, EMC and SI topics in greater China market (China Mainland, HongKong and Taiwan).
3 Developing high level technical materials which enhance interaction with customer engineers.
4 Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to design proper strategy/tactics to promote brand and new products.
Your professional background
1 Master’s degree in electrical engineering, microwave engineering, and electronics engineering.
2 Solid academic background in electromagnetics or microwave engineering is a must.
3 Minimum 5 years R&D background in analog and digital systems hardware design.
4 Hands-on experience with switching-mode power system (SMPS) experience is a plus.
5 Research and development experience in EMC or SI areas is a must
6 Familiar with measurement instruments such as oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
7 Command software simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro SI, HFSS, Spice.
8 Good interpersonal communication skills, independence and self-motivation.
9 Fluent and proficient in English and Mandarin with professional grade in English (Writing/ Speaking).
10 Possess driving license.
