- Make preparation for builds and ramp up
为BUILD和RAMP UP做好准备
- Responsible for projects maintenance after ramp up in mass production phase

- Coordinate project activities with both internal and external stakeholders

- Response for after-sales technical services, including on-site installation, testing, and maintenance, on-site trouble-shooting

- Studies technical manuals to trouble-shooting equipment
研读技术文档，解决设备故障
- Analyze, summarize and report project problems encountered to Program Managers
撰写问题分析/总结报告，汇报给项目经理
- Guiding and coaching customer operates JOT equipment.
引导，培训用户操作JOT设备
- Conducting production supervision and on-site operator training
现场指导生产并培训操作员
- Improve customer satisfaction of JOT equipment.
提升客户满意度
Requirements
- College/ Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical/ or Industry Engineering with strong technical background
自动化/电气工程/工业工程专业，大专/本科学历，具备扎实的技术背景
- Project management experience in Automation industry preferred
（非标）自动化行业项目管理经验优先
- Above 2 years On-site customer service experience in electrical and mechanical installation or in maintenance field
电气/机械/自动化2年以上现场维护经验
- A strong ability for site execution with high Electrical (+Automation) technical skills
在电气/自动化领域具有过硬的现场维护能力
- Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
根据要求适应用户现场的各项工作
- Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality
对技术有兴趣，提供高质量的客户服务
- A good team player and well communicating person with service attitude
具备服务精神，善于沟通，能作为团队成员服从工作安排
- Basic level command of written and oral English
基本的的英语沟通能力。
有Omron PLC编程经验者更佳
