职位描述
1、产品设计：根据品牌定位和市场需求，独立完成产品创意构思与视觉设计，确保产品具备市场竞争力与品牌调性一致；
2、设计落地：配合生产部门完成设计方案的打样与优化，确保设计成果可量产并符合工艺要求；
3、跨部门协作：与市场、运营、研发等部门协同推进项目，提供设计支持并推动产品顺利上市。
任职要求：
1、具备扎实的设计能力，熟悉产品设计全流程，有成熟项目经验优先；
2、对市场趋势和用户需求有敏锐洞察力，能够结合品牌文化进行创意表达；
3、熟练使用主流设计软件，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；
4、具备较强的学习能力与抗压能力，能适应高强度工作节奏。
5、熟练使用Ai生成情景图片及设计图稿。
