职位描述
1.专科以上理工科文化背景；
2.四年以上塑胶成形品质管理经验，熟悉塑胶特性以及成型工艺过程；
3.能看懂图纸,依照图纸制定检查方法与要点；
4.曾经参与新项目移转过程品质先期策划APQP；
5.具备生产现场品质检验任务的指导和策划的技能。
工作职责：
1. 主导新项目试做阶段质量先期策划APQP活动。
2. 处理新项目试做阶段产品质量问题。
3. 产品量产阶段检验标准与检验方法的维护更新。
4. 产品量产阶段生产现场的问题点的解决。
5. 产品量产阶段客户要求的联络，客户品质问题处理和8D回复。
6. 负责检查员培训。
7. 识别职责范围内的环境因素。
8.当发现危险化学品泄漏情形时，汇报给相关部门采取紧急响应措施。
9. 系统文件的维护与控制。
10.负责部门"5S"、ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001及RoHS的维护及推广。
