采购工程师

1. 负责公司生产所需原材料、零部件、设备及相关辅材的采购工作，制定采购计划，把控采购进度，确保采购物资按时、按质、按量交付，满足生产经营需求。
Be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, components, equipment and related auxiliary materials required for the company's production, formulate procurement plans, control procurement progress, and ensure that purchased materials are delivered on time, with quality and quantity to meet production and operation needs.
2. 跟踪合同履行情况，处理采购过程中的异常问题（如质量不合格、交付延迟等），协调解决供需双方的分歧。
Be responsible for handling abnormal problems in the procurement process (such as unqualified quality, delayed delivery, etc.), and coordinate to resolve differences between supply and demand parties.
3. 配合质量、生产等部门，开展采购物资的质量检验、验收工作，推动供应商进行质量改进，确保采购物资符合公司质量标准。
Cooperate with quality, production and other departments to carry out quality inspection and acceptance of purchased materials, promote suppliers to carry out quality improvement, and ensure that purchased materials meet the company's quality standards.
4. 配合设计部门及全球采购团队，完成进口零部件国产化替代工作
Collaborate with Design Department and global sourcing team to realize localization substitution of imported components.
