【职位描述】
Revenue Recognition at JLL plays a critical role in driving financial strategy and business planning. Their responsibilities include contract approval;Revenue recognition;reporting;and VAT fapiao-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner;while ensuring compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1.Review the contract and revenue recognition according to the global policy.
2.Complete month-end closing and related support for stakeholders.
3.Assist with various reporting compilations and ensure financial alignment.
4.Ensure all transaction processing in a timely manner as per SLA
5.Process CHN VAT fapiao in the TMS system.
6.Complete month-end closing and related support for stakeholders.
7.Stay in good communication with stakeholders.
8.Complete month-end closing and related support for stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance;Accounting;Economics;or related field.
-Excellent communication (written & verbal);executive presentations is preferred.
-Experience in a large;complex;global public company;corporate finance.
-Revenue Recognition and Tax experience will be a plus.
-Advanced Excel (pivot tables;macros;complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
-Experience with ERP systems (e.g.;Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI).
-Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
