采购专员

工作职责：
1.准备采购订单，并将副本发送给供应商以及提出采购申请的相关部门。
2.确定库存数量是否足以满足需求，必要时订购更多材料。
3.在必要时履行采购职责。
4.联系供应商以安排或加快交货，并解决缺货、未按时交货或延迟交货以及其他问题。
5.审查请购单以核实准确性、术语和规格。
6.准备、维护和审查采购文件、报告和价格清单。
7.比较价格、规格和交货日期，以确定潜在供应商中的最佳报价。
8.跟踪请购单、合同和订单的状态。
9.计算订单成本，并向相应的账户收取或转发发票。
10.货物到达时检查以确保订单已正确履行且货物符合规格。
11.将供应商的账单与投标和请购单进行比较，以核实准确性。
12.利用目录和互联网等资源查找供应商，并与他们联系以收集关于要订购产品的信息。
13.了解所有与采购相关的组织及政府规定，并向组织员工和供应商提供这些规定的相关信息。
14.监控内部库存的流动情况，并为记账目的填写库存转移表。
15.监督承包商的表现，必要时提出合同修改建议。
16.其他临时工作任务的分配。
Job Descripton：
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
• Perform buying duties when necessary
• Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
• Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
• Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
• Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
• Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
• Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
• Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，英语水平优秀，供应链管理、物流管理或相关专业优先。
2. 供应链、物流、机械或相关领域的学士学位。
3.熟悉相关质量体系标准（如 ISO90001）。
4.学习能力强，沟通、谈判和解决问题的能力出色。
5.正直、有合规意识、有团队精神。拥有供应链管理方面的证书（如 CIPS、CPSM）者优先。
6..熟练掌握计算机操作软件。
Additional requirements：
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical or related field.
• Familiar with relevant quality system standards (ISO90001).
• Fast learning, good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, compliance awareness and team spirit.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
• Skilled use of computer operating software.
