Areas of Responsibilities
• Act as the communication partner to work with BA and region constantly and closely to understand needs to work out the effective and concrete marcom plan and put into execution.
• Independently plan, execute and report various marcom activities, including events, exhibitions, communication tools…
• Responsible for providing regular marcom training and guidance to relevant BA/region colleagues.
• Act as communication interface between central communications and BA to coordinate relevant affairs, eg. branding, online, media...
• Collaborate with procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project quality.
• Assist Marcom manager/director to centrally manage BA marcom budget planning, tracking and monitoring.
• Collaborate with SHS HQ BA Marketing Communication on global BA project, topics and campaign country roll out or collaboration in greater China. Ensure high quality of communications carry out and presence in China.
Education and Experience
● Bachelor's degree or above with major in communication/medical related
● 3-5 years market experience, prefer healthcare business experience; prefer more than 2 years marketing communication relevant experience; Prefer more than 3 years MNCs working experience.
● Experienced in healthcare market product marketing promotion.
● Excellent in MS Office, good at Excel and PowerPoint, be able to use multimedia/design software, experience with social media operation is preferred.
● Good verbal and written communication skills in English
● Good communication, positive attitude, hard-working, quick learner, open-minded and result driven
● Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
