Regularly monitor material inventory levels, set safety stock and replenishment thresholds, promptly deal with
slow-moving materials, optimize inventory structure, reduce warehousing costs, and ensure inventory turnover
meets the company's goals.
对接采购部门、供应商及仓库，跟进物料到货进度，协调解决物料短缺、延迟到货等问题，确保物料按时、按质、
按量供应到生产环节。
Coordinate with the procurement department, suppliers and warehouse, follow up on the arrival progress of
materials, coordinate to solve problems such as material shortage and delayed delivery, and ensure materials are
supplied to the production process on time, with good quality and in sufficient quantity.
统计物料消耗、库存变动、到货准确率等数据，定期生成物料分析报告，为生产计划调整、供应商考核提供数据支
持。
Collect and analyze data such as material consumption, inventory changes, and arrival accuracy, regularly
generate material analysis reports, and provide data support for production plan adjustment and supplier
assessment.
针对生产过程中的物料异常（如损耗超标、物料不合格），联合质量、生产部门追溯原因，制定临时补货方案及长
期预防措施。
In response to material abnormalities in the production process (such as excessive loss and unqualified
materials), work with the quality and production departments to trace the causes, and formulate temporary
replenishment plans and long-term preventive measures.
跟进生产进度，及时调整物料计划；与采购部门共同评估供应商交付能力，参与供应商绩效评审。
