薪资面议
1. 根据产品规格、质量要求、生产方式、生产流程，编制及更新产品工艺文件
2. 现场设备、工序等SOP的编制及更新
3. 新产品导入的跟进，跟进车间的样品试产工作
4. 协助质量部门处理客户产品质量投诉
5. 减少生产浪费、优化工艺流程
6. 合理利用自动化项目来提高生产效率、提高产品质量、减少质量报废
7. 生产过程质量问题判定，分析，改进


1. Prepare and update product process documents according to product specifications, quality requirements, production methods and production processes
2. Prepare and update of SOPs for site equipment, processes, etc.
3. Follow up the introduction of new products, follow up the sample trial run in the workshop
4. Assist quality department to handle quality complaints
5. Reduce production waste and optimize process flow
6. Reasonable use of automation projects to improve production efficiency, improve product quality and reduce quality scraps
7. Determine, analyze and improve quality problems in production process


1. 教育背景: 本科及以上，化工、纺织类或橡胶专业。
2. 专业知识 : 化学和橡胶理论和实际操作知识
3. 工作经验 :
a) 5年以上从事工艺工程师工作经验
b) 有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验，能独立解决产品使用相关问题；
c) 有丰富的化工厂工作经验，精通各种化工生产工艺，对工艺生产有独到见解；
d) 有VSM项目经验优先
e) 有 6 sigma项目经验优先
f) 有很强的组织，沟通能力，能lead 团队进行质量，生产问题分析，验证， 改进
g) 有自动化设备改造，优化经验者优先
h) 英语沟通能力顺畅优先


1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical, textile or rubber.
2. Professional knowledge: Chemical and rubber theory and practical knowledge
3. Work experience:
a) More than 5 years working experience as process engineer
b) Solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience, able to solve problems related to product usage independently.
c) Rich experience in working in chemical plants, proficient in various chemical production processes, with unique insights into process production.
d) Experience in VSM project is preferred
e) Experience in 6 sigma project is preferred
f) Strong organizing and communication skills, able to lead team to analyze, verify and improve quality and production issues
g) Experience in automation equipment renovation and optimization is preferred
h) Good English communication skills
