Sales Supervisor （福建） (MJ000281)

核心职责：
1. New Client Development: Expand sea/air/courier freight business through calls, visits, online channels, and
explore potential customer needs;
开发新客户：通过电话、拜访、网络等渠道拓展海运/空运/快递货代业务，挖掘潜在客户需求；
2. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Follow up with existing clients regularly, resolve issues in
freight process (e.g., customs declaration, clearance, delay), and improve customer satisfaction;
维护客户关系：定期跟进老客户，解决货运过程中的问题（如报关、清关、运输延误等），提升客户满意度；
3. Business Coordination:Collaborate with operation team to ensure smooth order flow from inquiry,quotation to delivery; track shipment status and feedback to clients timely;
业务对接：与操作团队协作，确保订单从询价、报价到交付的全流程顺畅，跟进货物运输状态并及时反馈客户；
4. Market Analysis: Collect industry trends and competitor information, adjust sales strategies, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets;
市场分析：收集行业动态及竞争对手信息，调整销售策略，完成月度/季度业绩目标；
5. Contract & Payment: Handle client contract signing, follow up accounts receivable, and ensure timely fund
recovery.
合同与回款：负责客户合同签订，跟进应收账款，确保资金及时回笼。
任职要求：
1. College degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade preferred;
大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
2. 1-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry, with stable customer resources preferred;
1-3年货代行业销售经验，有稳定客户资源者优先；
3. Familiar with sea/air operation procedures, customs policies and international logistics terms;
熟悉海运/空运操作流程、报关清关政策及国际物流术语；
4. Good English reading/writing skills, able to communicate with overseas clients independently;
具备良好的英语读写能力，能独立与国外客户沟通；
5. Strong pressure resistance, excellent negotiation skills and customer service awareness.
抗压能力强，具备优秀的谈判技巧和客户服务意识。
