Job Responsibility：

Design and maintain data infrastructure 25%

•Design and maintain data architecture and data processes.

•Build and maintain data warehouses to support organizational data needs.

•Establish data standardization and governance mechanisms to ensure effective integration and interconnection between data tables.

•Provide standardized, integrated data to business departments for analysis, reducing data cleaning efforts.

•Deliver regular cross-table data integration solutions and datasets to user departments.

Data processing and analysis 25%

•Develop and maintain data processing programs, perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure efficient data management.

•Design reliable reports based on user department requirements and deliver updated versions in a timely manner.

•Design reports using low-code or AI-assisted programming tools to enable simple training for daily maintenance by technical staff.

Support data-driven business goals 20%

•Design data analysis scenarios and develop backend implementation plans based on business requirements; independently complete business data modeling and translate outcomes into operational indicators.

•Provide data analysis and support based on business department needs to drive data-driven operations.

•Perform big data analysis to support historical event inquiry, and apply AI-assisted tools for root cause analysis and improvement recommendations.

Ensure data security and stability 15%

•Develop efficient data storage and processing solutions to ensure the security, stability and high-speed flow of massive data.

•Establish and maintain data access and permission control mechanisms, and oversee implementation.

Data collection convenience and immediacy 15%

•Optimize data collection methods for ERP and MES systems to reduce duplicate data entry and enable real-time data input.

•Design and develop data collection programs to meet business requirements while ensuring security, reliability and timeliness.

Job Requirements:

•Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.

•Solid foundation in Java, proficient in SQL and MySQL, with 2+ years of software development experience.

•Experience in manufacturing digitalization and digital transformation projects.

•Proficient in using Python for data processing and skilled in AI-assisted programming tools.

•Experience with Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications.

•Solid theoretical foundation in data warehousing, with extensive experience in data modeling and application layer development.

•Proficient in data visualization tools including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

•Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.

•Solid mathematical knowledge and strong analytical reasoning skills.

•Excellent training and knowledge transfer skills; able to train technical teams on AI-assisted programming, data collection and visualization tools including Python and Power BI.

•Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese; proficient in English reading and writing.
