SAP EWM Operations Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1. -Operation ,maintenance and optimization for SAP EWM
module .
2. -Provide1st/2nd/3rd-level support based on ITIL and
Compliance procedure with operation team.
3. -Stakeholder Communication with local and global
teams on issue resolution and changes. Achieve business alignment with key
stakeholder and relevant key users with operational goals.

-Responsible for knowledge transfer mission,ncluding but not limited to the initialization and ongoing maintenance of SOPs, WIs and other documents, to ensure their timely update andcompliance.
Mentor junior team members to ensure the continuityof service.

Required Qualifications

• 3~ 5+ years of SAP experience in EWM or relevant module such as MM/WM.

Comprehension of warehouse End-to-End process in pharmaceutical GXP requirements
· Cross-module collaboration awareness EWM-MM/WM/PP interface logic, and troubleshoot cross-module data issues (e.g.,master data sync).
· Expertise in core configurations, master data,
and integrations

• ITIL Process Knowledge: Incident, problem, and
  change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
  documentation abilities.

• Fluent English (written/verbal) for global
  collaboration.
• Background in Life Sciences industries
  GXP knowledge .
