在经理的指导下,依据公司人力资源政策与流程,规划、组织并协调人力资源相关工作,以支持人力资源战略及业务计划在员工全周期管理、招聘、新员工培训,人事系统信息维护与休假管理等。

- 人力资源日常管理:60%

- • 负责员工全生命周期管理,(如、转、调、离、退 )试用期评估、合同管理与离职流程,确保符合当地劳动法规及公司政策。
Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation period evaluation, contract management, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
- • 组织并主持新员工入职培训。负责准备人力资源内部通知及相关文件(如在职证明、解除劳动关系证明、晋升信函等)。管理员工档案,确保文件完整性。Organize and conduct new employee orientation training. Prepare internal HR notifications and related documents (e.g., employment verification certificates, termination of employment certificates, promotion letters). Manage employee files to ensure documentation integrity.
- • 负责公司日常考勤与休假管理。
Responsible for daily company attendance and leave management.
- • 维护HR系统(SAP SuccessFactors)员工数据,协调本地/区域主数据管理。Maintain employee data in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors), coordinating local/regional master data management.
- • 协助构建并加强员工关系,参与员工福利项目落地(如***办理、居留许可申请、工伤认定等),作为本地员工咨询的重要窗口。
Assist in building and strengthening employee relations. Participate in the implementation of employee benefit programs (e.g., Hukou application, residence permit applications, work-related injury determination), serving as a key point of contact for local employee inquiries.

- 1)整合每月新员工,离职员工,各类津贴,加班数据,并检查核对供应商提供的每月工资报表,配合财务,确保每月薪资准确按时发放。
Consolidate data on monthly new hires, exit employees, various allowances, and overtime. Review and verify monthly payroll reports provided by payroll vendor, collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate and timely monthly salary disbursement.
2)年度员工成本,平均工资计算
Calculate annual employee costs and average salaries.
3)提供供应商每月社保变化以及商保变化信息
Provide payroll vendors with monthly updates on social insurance and commercial insurance changes.
4)支持内部或者外部审计
Support internal or external audits. if any

- • 通过招聘网站、人际网络及内部推荐等多渠道寻访候选人,筛选简历、进行初试并评估候选人资质。
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• 与招聘经理紧密合作,理解用人需求,确保人才招聘策略与业务目标对齐。Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring talent acquisition strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• 推动达成招聘目标(包括填补时间、招聘质量等)。标准招聘周期(从启动到关闭)通常为1个月。
Drive achievement of recruitment targets (including time-to-fill, hiring quality, etc.). The standard recruitment cycle (from initiation to closure) is typically one month.
• 招聘系统模块使用与优化:所有职位招聘需使用公司招聘系统。
Utilize and optimize the recruitment system module: all position recruitment must utilize the company's recruitment system.
- • 完成上级交办的其他临时性任务或项目。
Complete other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by HR Manager
- 任职资格要求
Qualification Requirements
• 学历:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、统计学或相关专业优先
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference for majors in Human Resource Management, Statistics, or related fields.
• 经验:至少5年人力资源管理与人才招聘相关工作经验
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources management and talent acquisition.
- 必备技能:
• 大学英语四级及以上
• 熟悉HR系统操作(尤其是SAP SuccessFactors)
• 具备HR通才知识与实践经验
Essential Skills:
College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) certificate or above.
Proficient in HR system operations (especially SAP SuccessFactors).
Possess HR generalist knowledge and practical experience.
