Be responsible of the permanent compliance of products in the plant with the supplier improvement, customer requirements, standards and regulations through the Quality system. Be the referent for quality methodology. Set up and maintain Quality & HSE system

Job Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Quality management system & management responsibilities
质量管理体系和管理责任
Define the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
建立质量体系以保证与佛吉亚体系一致
Ensuring the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
保证质量健康安全环境管理体系的建立，实施和维护
Establishing and communicating quality policy
建立并传达质量方针
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
与有关供应商质量保证的采购组织合作完成所有的活动和倡议
Define the priorities of the quality continuous improvement and facilitate the workshop using Problem-solving methods
确定质量改进的优先项目,推动问题解决方法在各部门应用
Define and deploy the plant quality budget (to all quality network), monitor progress and respect it.
建立工厂质量预算（给所有的质量系统）并且实施，监控实施的过程并遵守预算

3. Supplier management and improvement
供应商管理和改善
Protect the plant against incorrect purchased parts and improve Supplier Quality towards sites PPM/Complaints targets
避免接受不合格的采购零件来保护工厂，改进供应商的质量来满足工厂PPM/质量抱怨的目标
4. Product realization，ensure customer satisfaction
产品实现，保证客户满意度
Ensure the right application of the alert system in the Plant ( 8D methodology is respected) (in case of S/R, Plant Manager validation is mandatory)
保证在工厂正确使用报警系统（遵守8D方法）（任何S/R，工厂经理必须确认）
Ensure the Plant's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements (securization rate, MR/PY, LLS).
保证工厂符合所有的安全/法规要求（MR/PY, LLS, Securization rate)
Ensure the conformity of the product by the respect of the control plan (including COP test ,..) with calibrated devices
遵守控制计划保证产品符合要求
Secure the plant from potential issues coming from variations (Programs Launches, transfers and ECM,..) through process qualification (PQA)….
通过对生产过程审核（PQA）来避免因变化（项目启动，转移和工程更改管理）而产生的潜在风险
Represent customer requirements internally and ensure his agreement (PPAP, deviation….).
定义内部代表顾客陈述要求并且保证关于PPAP，偏差的承诺
Conduct the internal and external (customer complaints and supplier nonconforming etc) make the corrective and preventive action plan, and follow up
针对所出现的内部或外部问题（客户投诉、供应商不合格等）制订纠正及预防措施，并进行跟踪
Develop good relationship with customers, providing quick responding and continuous improvement once quality problems occur.
维持良好客户关系，一旦有质量问题发生，提供快速响应和持续改进
5. Measurement, analysis & improvement测量，分析及改进
Ensure Quality results to all relevant parties.
向所有的相关方保证质量结果
Communicate LLS in his/her plant and guarantee that they are implemented
在工厂内部对LLS进行沟通，保证所有的LLS被实施
6. ECR& VAVE 管理
ECR
定义ECR工作流程Define the ECR flow procedure
执行计划制定，跟踪ECO implement action plan make and track ECO
与物流，生产部门确认切换日期Switch date confirm with logistical and production department
与客户沟通确认客户需求 Communication with the customer and known the customer requirement
每周ECR回顾会议，跟踪行动计划，发布新的任务Weekly review the plant ECR, follow the action plan and release the new task
提供关键项目信息给项目获取团体Organize key serial program information to ensure division new Program acquisition and to contribute to knowledge management.
VAVE
Organize VAVE Workshop to establish project to ensure yearly saving budget. 组织VAVE工作坊,建立项目，确保年度节约预算
Organize 6 Sigma and quick action workshop to definding projects to sunsure yearly saving budget. 组织六西格玛和快速行动研讨会，确定项目，确保年度节约预算
Organize MC optimize actions to reduce MC in plant which include into quick actions. 组织生产成本优化行动以减少生产成本，包括快速行动。
Cooperate with supplier do VAVE projects to reduce sales price requriement. 与供应商合作进行VAVE项目，降低销售价格要求
Organize VAVE core team weekly review actions to ensure all project deploy smoothly; 组织VAVE核心团队每周评审，确保所有项目顺利部署
Keep 6 Sigma team build in plant (yellow belt/ green belt/ black belt); 在工厂(黄带/绿带/黑带)保持6西格玛团队建设;
Monthly VAVE & 6 Sigma report . 每月VAVE和6 Sigma报告
7. Team Management团队管理
Lead the quality team and set and execute the objectives;
领导质量团队，设定并达成目标；
Ensure staffing, training and development of team members;
确保质量团队成员员工关系、培训和发展；
Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…);
确保员工激励工具的传递及运用；
Supervise day to day activities.
监督并管理质量部门日常工作。
8. Othes其他
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
遵守健康安全环境规定；
Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务；
Ensure the reporting of plant quality performance (particularly FES indicators) and plant logistics action plan;
负责跟踪汇报工厂质量绩效（特别是FES指标）及落实相关改善计划；
Other assignments given by line manager;
直线经理安排的其他工作;
Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant.
配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施。
9. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.
确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等。

Qualifications 任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，工程相关专业优先；
Minimum 5 years of working experience in production or quality in manufacturing industry, and at least 2-year experience of team management; familiar with related products and process is preferred.
有至少5年制造型企业生产或质量经验，两年以上团队管理经验；熟悉相关产品及工艺者优先
