岗位职责:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
•Proactively build relationships with key players across the oilfield, data center, and emergency support ecosystems, including developers, EPC firms, hyperscale operators, and consultants.
•Represent Gen-Systems at trade shows, technical conferences, and data center forums.
•Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
Solution Selling & Technical Engagement
•Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized power solutions, including energy storage power rating, capacity, and other technical specifications.
•Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and power reliability evaluations.
•Translate complex energy needs into business value propositions backed by generator/ BESS technology.
EPC & Project Coordination
•Work closely with EPC stakeholders and internal engineering to align technical scopes, timelines, and budgets.
•Ensure smooth project handoff and delivery by acting as liaison between customer, sales engineering, and deployment teams.
•Understand and communicate grid interconnection requirements and associated impacts on operational performance.
Account Growth & CRM Management
•Build multi-level relationships within customer organizations to ensure long-term partnership potential.
•Track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
•Report weekly on progress, wins, and blockers, along with strategic market feedback.
任职要求:
Qualifications
•A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales, strategic account management, or business development experience in energy storage systems or related fields.
•Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in EPC project delivery models and a background in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
•Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of operations across oilfields, data centers, and emergency support services—including the power requirements of hyperscale and colocation facilities.
•Technical familiarity with turbines, diesel, or battery storage systems is a strong advantage.
•Strong written/verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CDCMP) are a plus.
•Must be available for travel to American for over 9 months every year.
